My Brag List

You know that grandma ready to whip out her wallet and show you the long strip of pictures of grandkids she can’t stop bragging about? You’re about to see that side of me.

I can’t tell you how proud I am of pretty much all of the people who have given me the privilege of working with them to the point that I am comfortable with signing my family name on a piece of paper and bragging about them being part of my lineage(s). I take my name seriously and am protective of it, thus I can’t tell you how thrilled I am when someone demonstrates the kind of character that makes me excited to share it with them. This takes time, dedication, completion of sometimes very difficult and sometimes repetitive work, and a heck of a lot of dedication to developing the self. If a person completes training but refuses to demonstrate what they’ve learned they do not earn a certificate and they are not included on this page. If a person completes part of a program and thus doesn’t earn a certificate, they are also not included. Many of the folks on this page are now community leaders, activists, or in some form of service to that which is greater than their singular lives. I can’t tell you how proud I am of these people. I have no problem bragging these folks up because I watch them start to outshine me. They take everything I can give them, add their selves and all that comes with that to it, and often become better practitioners than I am. Working with them also teaches me a great deal simply by being exposed to their cultures, their sharing of things they learn elsewhere, and their ways of thinking. Watching people grow and growing with them brings me more joy than English has language for.

I’m somewhat flattered that there are practitioners pretending to be trained by me and using it for advertising or business advancement, which led to the need for this page. I figure that means I’m doing something right! Still, that can be problematic. People who complete any of my various programs and demonstrate their learning are issued a certificate and then listed below unless they request not to be. If you have a practitioner who claims to be ‘unlisted,’ please feel free to email me directly and I’ll be happy to verify the claim. There are, admittedly, at least as many people who choose to stay unlisted as those who choose to be listed here.

I’m a fan of less governmental regulation in my field over more of it, but that only works if we self-regulate. Regulation is important to prevent abuse and to ensure quality. This list is my way of doing these things.
